Providing Outstanding Support Service

We have a home in Duck, NC, rented the house for nearly 40 years, now just our own use. Silicon Travel has provided us our internet and in recent years, TV service, over most of those years. They have alway been prompt to answer calls re connectivity, signal strength, sign on, etc, by both ourselves as owners and our renters. They are very good about having a tech come to the house in a relatively short period of time to address issues that could not be solved by phone. They are excellent at communication in clear, easy to understand terms. They solved issues re signal strength with appropriate extenders, and solved hard-line phone problems, as we also had phone service until we went totally cell phone recently. They continue to provide outstanding support service, and we recommend them highly for these various services.
