Every support team member understands the Vacation Rental business model and has been trained by experienced service technicians. They understand the importance of support, and the needs of Vacation Rental guests and can quickly resolve any problems that you or your guests may encounter.
If an on-site visit is required in markets where we provide Internet Service, we promptly dispatch our locally employed Silicon Travel service technicians. This on-site service is same-day or within 24 hours.
