A Heartfelt Thanks and a Farewell

I cannot say enough good things to match the level of customer service we have received from the entire Hatteras Island Silicon Travel staff! If our house hadn’t fallen into the ocean, we would still be a very happy customer! During the 5 years we were lucky enough to be a customer of Silicon Travel, they helped us set up TV & Internet equipment at a moment’s notice; they were always on time; they always returned our calls; they played “middle man” when it came time to receiving telephone support with Spectrum – which meant WE didn’t have to navigate the time-consuming maze of telephone prompts and sitting on hold for hours; they were known to arrive for outside repairs at 10 pm with a hard hat that had a built-in halo of lights to climb the pole; and the staff was small enough that it was always a familiar person who answered the phone! In a nutshell, Silicon Travel worked above and beyond all expectations to provide consistent and excellent service all while fighting the conditions of the sea on our oceanfront home! (Wind, sand, high tide, salty air, and most demanding of all… renters). If you have read this far and are on the fence as to whether or not to choose Silicon Travel, consider this your PUSH to make the call!
