Congratulations on a Great Company! 

We own four houses: our main home located near Hartford, CT; two houses that are in a vacation rental program on the Outer Banks in NC; and our vacation cabin in Maine where we spend our summers. That’s a lot of houses which means a lot of paperwork and always plenty of hassles, but the OBX houses are our investments. 

However, your company has definitely lightened my load. Silicon Travel is by far the best company I have dealt with. For starters, having one bill that covers the entire year makes it so easy. Plus, you are one of the few companies that did not raise your price in the past year. 

Also, when I have had to call, I have never had to listen to a robot about countless options, and I do not have to wait a long time to have my call answered. Then speaking with a representative about billing, or a technician, this person has always been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. As I am technology-challenged, they have been very patient with me as well. 

And I can’t say enough about the technicians who have come out to both of our beach houses. They were totally friendly and went above and beyond with their help in setting up our Internet.
