Polite, Patient, And Most Importantly, Efficient!

I currently have service with Silicon.
I have lived in Dare County since the 70’S.
I have had service with many different businesses over the years ..cable/wifi/satellite tv/etc..
I am very pleased with the service Silicon is currently providing and happy to recommend your company to anyone interested!
Also, as a business owner..I sincerely appreciate when a client gives me their input however they feel I can improve my business!
The reason I am reaching out to you is to highly compliment “Mickey “.
I had the pleasure of calling the 800 number and now have spoken with him several times.
He is polite, patient, and most importantly, efficient! Most recently, April 9,2024… he solved my service issue with ease!
Also…. There were 2 service technicians that installed the service initially.. l met them at cottage and they offered the same type of service!
