I Will Continue to Spread the Word

My kids were required to do remote learning because of the condition of our roads on Hatteras Island, and our internet wasn’t working. I called and spoke with Anthony, who verified with Spectrum that our router and modem were not communicating. They sent out a tech that same day and fixed the problem! Turns out our router went bad. They had us back up and running, and my kids were able to complete their assignments. I wanted to say how much we love Silicon Travel. The customer service is top-notch. I have spoken with Anthony and Alex at different times, and they are always kind and patient when troubleshooting. I appreciate that they don’t make me feel little for not knowing much about technology and always walk me through the things I’m trying to explain to them. The tech that services our house is always prompt, thorough, and friendly. Thank you for all that you do for us. I will continue to spread the word on what a great company you are.
