Alex Deserves a Commendation!

I worked with Alex on 7/8. And he was absolutely phenomenal. As an IT manager myself I can tell he is a great support agent. He was prompt in fixing my issue and even called me back immediately when the call dropped.

He solved a problem that could have been a big issue on our vacation and he deserves a commendation!
