• Crab Cake1 Pound Jumbo Lump Blue Crab (No Substitutions)
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 Teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons Old Bay
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Burger Bun Crumbled Fine
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


Remove shells from the crab meat. Mix mayo, mustard, Old Bay, and the egg until smooth. Gently combine the breadcrumbs and the crab meat. Fold the egg mixture into the crab meat. Do not over-mix. Do not break up the lump crab meat.  Make into patties.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
