- 1 8 oz Brick of Cream Cheese
- 1 Can of Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Yellow Onion
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 6 oz Cans of Shrimp (Drained)
- 1 Packet of Knox Gelatin
Boil the cream cheese and soup over a low flame. Stir until well blended and thickened. Let this cool to room temperature.
In a large bowl combine the onions, celery, mayonnaise, and shrimp then sprinkle gelatin on top.
Once the cream cheese mixture is cooled completely add it to the shrimp mixture then mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with your favorite cracker or bread.
