Our experience with Silicon Travel could not have been more pleasant.  One of your technicians, Philip Garey showed up right on time and installed the necessary equipment.  As it turned out our main coaxial cable line was faulty and had to be replaced.  Mr. Garey quickly diagnosed the problem, the work order placed and the work completed.  Our wireless internet was up and running immediately following the cable replacement.
