"An Unwired home wouldn't be a deal breaker in Brewster, Mass., on Cape Cod, but in North Carolina's Outer Banks, WiFi is all the rage. Jon Summerton, vice president of Twiddy & Co. Realtors in Duck, N.C., says that last year only 5% of the company's 685 rental properties had Internet access; this year the figure jumped to 40% and inlcudes mostly WiFi equipped homes."

| Visual Data Systems Announces Restructuring with Instant Software Group

Columbia, MD - August 30, 2005 - Instant Software and Visual Data Systems are pleased to announce a reorganization that will facilitate improved customer services and greater market penetration.
In March of this year we announced that Visual Data Systems had become part of the Instant Group of Companies. This consolidation was necessary to allow the integration of systems, products and services. We have now completed that phase of the development and are ready for the next.
With effect from October 1st 2005, the restructuring will allow each of the companies involved to more successfully achieve a tighter vertical market penetration. From October 1st Paul Herman will concentrate on Silicon Travel, Inc., Linda Kaczmarek will continue to lead Visual Data Systems whilst Instant Software remains focused on it’s three market leading software products.
Silicon Travel – to be led by Paul Herman – is the first national company to place PC’s in rental units for use by the guest. This revolutionary approach has resulted in huge gains for Silicon Travel over the past couple of years. The potential of Silicon Travel is so compelling it demands the attention of Paul, who has long been recognized as one of this industry’s innovators.
Visual Data Systems - the acknowledged leader of internet services in the Property Rental Industry – will continue to be led by Linda Kaczmarek. Linda, who was instrumental in the growth of Visual Data and responsible for its dominant position, assumed the leadership role in March of 2005. Since taking the helm, Linda has positioned Visual Data to provide even more innovative products and services. Visual Data in now poised to move into the next stage of its growth.
Instant Software - will work on a preferred partner level with both Silicon Travel and Visual Data Systems. Instant Software, which owns the three leading software brands in the Vacation Rental Industry – First Resort Software, Entech Data Systems and PropertyPlus – will continue to the supply software solutions this industry needs. With over 1,600 management companies using one of its software solutions, Instant Software provides services to more than 57% of this industry.
This trident approach will allow each of the three companies to retain its independence, supply services to its chosen market and more tightly focus its resources – whilst still being able to call on the cooperation, expertise and services of the other two companies.
